He lives and works in London, is the author of many best selling cookbooks and appears regularly on BBC food (his own TV show is called Tony and Giorgio), Italian tv and those are only the ones I see.

He's more than talented (in my opinion) and has been awarded two michelin stars. As far as I'm concerned, he's one of the best of the best!
