I will be doing an article on the food of the Philippines in a while but I will need some help on this one and the lady that will help me, is away for six months so it may be a long while yet. If I haven't been to a country myself, I ask someone who lives there to help me and then the recipes have to be tested and all that takes some time. There is quite a substantial post on Japanese foods - just look under the categories and I did a whole series on China called Culinarily China.
